All of our Service Providers have completed training with the Online Therapy Unit. Online Therapy Service Providers follow strict  guidelines regarding confidentiality and duty of care. If your Service Provider believes that you or another person is at risk of harm, they may need to contact you by telephone to make an assessment and determine the best of level of care for you.
