April 7th is World Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) day.

Commemorate this day with the Online Therapy Unit (OTU) and celebrate the power of CBT to make our daily lives happier and healthier.

CBT is a practical way to understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. Negative thinking can affect mood, increase stress, and impact health. CBT helps identify and shift these patterns toward more balanced thinking, providing tools to manage challenges, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience.

The OTU research unit at the University of Regina, provides free, evidence-based Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (ICBT) to adults in Saskatchewan.

Our team is dedicated to making mental health support more accessible.
